Comfort Inn & Suites Red Oak - Dallas Area

the location was wonderful in the nice area.

The room was extremely spacious with a microwave oven, a fridge, coffee and tea making facilities.

Easy check-in, parking on-site. Nice building and rooms with comfy beds. Location short walk to restaurants, gas stations, Walmart, grocery store and right off the freeway and movie theatres and many stores and the highway.

The staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. I appreciated the spacious room and comfortable beds during our christmas party.

They had to move us 6 times before we got a room that was liveable. The breakfast made us sick the second day we were there. I intend to report this hotel to the Better Business Bureau because some of my money should have been refunded.

Staff was courteous and helpful. The front desk recommended a few things to do on our stay as I asked about places nearby sightseeing.

The coffee pot was in the bathroom. There wasn't a mirror or counter outside the bathroom. A minor inconvenience for just the 3 of us.

no one was at the front desk when we checked in - had to track them down as they were all in the dining area eating dinner.

The room conditions left much to be desired. The air conditioning unit struggled to maintain a consistent temperature, made the first night quite uncomfortable. One of the bathtubs had mold present, raising serious health concerns. I also found the bed linens in less than ideal condition, with visible stains, made me question their cleanliness. The overall decor felt outdated, with obvious wear and tear throughout the room, further detracting from the experience. Trash left in public areas and a closed pool during peak summer days didn't help either.

Breakfast was good and close proximity to other restaurants.

The room was a little tight for a family of 5. WE asked for a roll away bed, but they didn't have them.

My sons and I travel a lot for their sports. We must always be consciencious of price, while safety and security are a priority. We received the better service at this hotel than we have had at higher rates hotels in the recent months. The staff was amazing. The young lady on duty worked her butt off for all of us on a busy Friday night. She was so good with the customers that instead of being annoyed about waiting 3-4 minutes for a towel or to check in, people were gracious and kind as well. She was awesome. Respect and Custer service goes a long way! This hotel had it! Impressed!!!

No complaints. Big there was anything they could work on, if say more staff on a busy Friday night would be beneficial, but no complaints.

Nice hotel with free Wi-Fi and friendly staff. Pool was closed .

The girl that checked us in was pleasant and that's about it.

The hotel was very worn looking with wall paper everywhere coming off. The room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator to get there. Sink in our bathroom leaked and had a smell.

We liked rooms with comfy beds. Actually everything was good, our next choice again in Red Oak.
